Lots of credits today, and you should be getting nicely on with the weekly challenge. I know most people don’t like assists, but 4k for just 25 is a pretty nice reward!
Secondary Fire – Earn 25 assists today in Multiplayer Matchmaking – 4000 cR
Communicate if you’re going after this, use overcharged plasma pistol shots, or sniper rifle shots, to strip away someone’s shields. Only 25 so it shouldn’t take too long. Rumble Pit is apparently excellent for assists too.
More Than a Handful – Kill 125 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking – 1250 cR
Multi Team Battle is the best way to get lots and lots of kills, you tend to get more than any other mode. If you play Crazy King or Oddball you can get even more as some people who would shoot you go for the objective, and you can take them out.
Light Fuse, Run Away – Kill 4 enemies with grenades in a multiplayer Matchmaking game – 1000 cR
You’re best looking at Elite Slayer where grenades are very powerful, but any map with some tight corners will help (Sword Base, Countdown, Reflection). It’s going to be a bit grenade-tastic when people are going for this challenge!
Go Right Ahead Folks – Earn a First Strike in a multiplayer Matchmaking game – 1250 cR
I think Team SWAT is a good one to get this on, and Asylum, Countdown or Sword Base are good for picking it up. On Asylum, zoom your DMR through the central arena and watch for the opposite team coming down their ramp. Countdown you can look through the central area and see the opposite team there, and on Sword Base go to the top of the green lift if you’re red, as blues usually come up the lift first. If you’re blue then go to the ramp up from your starting point as you can often snipe someone who doesn’t expect it.
There will probably be a lot of people getting annoyed at either not getting the First Strike or the amount of grenades flying around, keep calm and play nice with the other children! 😀
Halo Reach Daily Challenges 
Secondary Fire: Firefight Sniper. 1 person shoots the gun on the bottom of the Phantom, and the other person shoots it afterwards. Instant Assist 😀
Go Right Ahead Folks: I was going to suggest exactly that – Team SWAT. Pinnacle and/or Cage is a good one too (Cage, look up to the towers).
Sadly today it’s all about the multiplayer, so Firefight Matchmaking won’t work. Nice thought though, will use it next time it’s an FF assist.

*Groan*, another batch of boring multiplayer challenges. I would really like to see a bit more imagination go into the multiplayer ones. 4 grenade kills is a nice little variant but this is the third day in a row we’ve seen ‘get x kills’ and ‘get x assists’. At least the assist one today is worth the effort, and the kills will mount up with it. But yesterday I just couldn’t be bothered; the return wasn’t worth it. But I’ve got to keep on it for the weekly (am at 6 so have a bit of leeway). Maybe something like ‘kill x enemies with a vehicle’ to promote big team battle, or ‘kill x enemies while jetpacking’ which would make the matches a bit different. I’d also like to see them geared towards commendations that aren’t levelled up much, eg another sidearms one or vehicle based one.
I think that An Interesting weekly challenge would be to complete the 9th mission with all the skulls on, solo, legendary. They could call it something really epic.
Eek, no SLASO here please, I barely made it through PoA Legendary as it was!
not sure how correct i am, but i was scoring assists on elite slayer in rumble pit yet they did not count towards the challenge. that or i am going mad.
Man 25 assists…getting 15 is tough when you have limited time in the day. But 4000 credits is tempting. Not gonna bother with the kills today, but the other two sound easy enough.
What!? assists are easy if you are trying.
Play multi-team and have you and your partner stick together and finish off each other’s kills. Elite slayer is a good game for this. One person plama pistols and the other uses the needle rifle. Crazy king is also another epicly good map for assists. Stand back and lob a few grenades into the hill when it fills up.
If you have limited time just go to sleep later.
Man the wife is going to go mental with me trying to get these tonight..at least’ there’s an easy 4k there. Rumble pit seems the best for all the online ones,
I am with you on this – my wife is frustrated with me trying to capture all the daily challenges. I even woke up early this morning before work to get started to save time this evening. Rumble Pit has saved me lots of time on the “X number of multiplayer kills” since it isn’t too difficult to net 16-22 on average each game.
And here I am driving my husband nuts trying to get the challenges every day. Annoying your spouse with Reach FTW!
On a sidenote, I have to say I hate it when there are no Firefight challenges, especially since they’re doing the “Dedication/Time” challenge this week. Multiplayer isn’t all that much fun to me. Hopefully tomorrow will be all FF.
Multi Team is good for kills, just vote for objective games and then play Slayer! I normally get 20 – 25 if I’m trying for kills. It’s also easy to win the objective If you are trying at it and if you have a partner because many others are just going for kills also.

completed all 4daily challenges today in less than an hour, halfway there for the weekly challenge. i always vote for rumble pit objective games, then go for the assists and kills while everyone is after the objectives. Crazy king seems best for this, try spamming the hill with grenades while everyone is duking it out for the territory, then head in with the DMR to pick off the survivors.
yeah same, surprisingly easy today. all completed within an hour :]
Infection is great for first strike because it is swat rules with a pistol and you get 3 chances to get it.
I used to love multi team but now i never play it b/c i get stuck on stupid rocket race too often. rumble pit ftw.
